Job Title: Event Bartender
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Event Duration: Approximately 6 hours per event
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced bartenders to provide exceptional service at our events. As an Event Bartender, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the bar, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere for our guests throughout each event.
Responsibilities
- Set up the bar area prior to the event, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and address any inquiries or special requests.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines during the event.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in an event or hospitality setting.
- Must be licensed/certified to serve alcohol.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various event dates and times.
